This year, Fat Possum celebrates the 10th anniversary of Youth Lagoon's debut album 'The Year of Hibernation.' 45rpm Double Cream Color Vinyl will include the album as well as 3 bonus songs. The artwork will be expanded into a gatefold vinyl with updated artwork and printed inner sleeves by Collin Fletcher.
Overview: - The 10th anniversary of The Year of Hibernation includes the bonus track 'Goodbye Again', a John Denver cover that Trevor recorded for Sirius XMU in 2011. A fitting song and pairing for the album 'The Year of Hibernation' which has gone down as one of the greatest indie albums of the decade. - Press Campaign by Emily Mullen at Orienteer, around 10th Anniversary vinyl announce & release of 'Goodbye Again' - Vinyl repress with expanded artwork and on double vinyl - ‘The Year of Hibernation’ received best new music from Pitchfork ten years ago.
