KING GIZZARD AND THE LIZARD WIZARD
As if King Gizzard didn’t have enough members already, they’re bringing an orchestra with them on their 2025 North American tour.
URIKA’S BEDROOM
urika’s bedroom, who you may have seen on tour with Nourished by Time this summer, has announced a few 2025 headline shows surrounding their UK/EU tour, including a Brooklyn show at Baby’s All Right on February 21.
LCD SOUNDSYSTEM LA SHOW OPENERS
LCD Soundsystem begin their eight-show LA residency with a four-night run at Shrine Expo Hall starting on Halloween. They’ve announced the openers for those shows: Fcukers (10/31), Optometry (11/1), Gustaf (11/2) and Reggie Watts (11/3). The November 7-10 shows at Hollywood Palladium are all opened by UK group Mermaid Chunky who just released their debut album on DFA. (These will be their first North American shows.) Tickets are on sale, and LCD’s NYC residency is not far behind.
PIXIES / KURT VILE & THE VIOLATORS
Pixies, who just released their new album The Night the Zombies Came (it’s good!), have announced a 2025 tour where they will play two nights in each city. The first night has the band playing 1990’s Bossanova and 1991’s Trompe Le Monde in full, while the second night will be a “Classic Pixies” set. Joining them on all dates will be guests Kurt Vile & The Violators.
THE HARD QUARTET
After releasing their great debut album and celebrating with shows in L.A., NYC and London, The Hard Quartet (Stephen Malkmus, Matt Sweeney, Emmett Kelly and Jim White) have announced a full North American tour.
KILLSWITCH ENGAGE
Metalcore veterans Killswitch Engage have announced a winter/spring 2025 tour and they’ve put together a package featuring fellow metalcore staples Kublai Khan TX and Fit For A King, along with rising death metallers Frozen Soul.
WHEN WE WERE YOUNG 2025
Las Vegas emo/pop-punk nostalgia fest When We Were Young has announced its 2025 lineup which features a Panic! At the Disco reunion, blink-182, and lots more.
STUART MURDOCH (BELLE & SEBASTIAN)
Belle & Sebastian’s Stuart Murdoch will be going on a book tour for his debut novel and you can expect “songs, readings, stories and signings in his one-man tour.”

Stars have extended their Set Yourself on Fire 20th anniversary tour into 2025.
FATHER JOHN MISTY / DESTROYER
Father John Misty has added a second NYC show to his upcoming tour with Destroyer.
MOUNT EERIE
Phil Elverum’s new Mount Eerie album is out this week and he’s just announced a full North American tour with Ragana on the first leg and Hana Stretton on the second.
USHER
Usher has on his arena tour, which already had four shows at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center since mid-August, but he’ll be back for two more shows at Barclays on December 5 & 6. Updated dates are here.
DUA SALEH
Dua Saleh has announced the I Should Call Them tour which kicks off January 17 in Seattle and wraps up Febraury 16 in Minneapolis. All dates are with Sam Austins and the NYC show is February 7 at Bowery Ballroom.
NILS FRAHM
Electronic composer Nils Frahm will be taking his arsenal of keyboards on a North American tour this spring.
LAUREN MAYBERRY (CHVRCHES)
Lauren Mayberry will support her debut solo album on an early 2025 tour.
INNINGS & EXTRA INNINGS 2025 LINEUPS
Tempe, AZ’s baseball and music festival Innings and its sibling festival Extra Innings have announced their 2025 lineups, including The Killers, Fall Out Boy, Kacey Musgraves, Beck and more.

Irish band M(h)aol, who are signed to Merge, will be playing a few US shows around SXSW in March.
