KING GIZZARD & THE LIZARD WIZARD
King Gizzard are about to begin the next leg of their North American tour. Things kick off in Los Angeles, on November 1 at Kia Forum, which is a three-hour marathon set with support from King Stingray and DJ Crenshaw. They’re also doing an acoustic set in San Diego, an experimental rave set in San Francisco, another marathon set in Austin, and other shows in the southern and western US, followed by European dates in May and June of 2025. BLU & EXILE / FASHAWN / SIRPLUS
The beloved underground rap duo Blu & Exile are on tour now with fellow indie-rap vet Fashawn and Sirplus, and that brings them to NYC on November 3 at Baby’s All Right. All dates and tickets here.
JASON ISBELL
Jason Isbell will be out on a US solo run titled “An Intimate Evening with Jason Isbell” in February and March, starting in Chicago on February 15, wrapping up on March 29 in Atlanta.
THE LINDA LINDAS / BE YOUR OWN PET / PINKSHIFT
LA punks The Linda LIndas have announced 2025 dates which are with Be Your Own Pet on the first half the tour, and Pinkshift on the second.
DROPKICK MURPHYS 2025 ST PATRICK’S DAY TOUR
Dropkick Murphy’s will celebrate St Patrick’s Day on tour with Menzingers and Teenage Bottlerocket.
PREPARE THE GROUND 2025
The 2025 edition of Toronto heavy music festival Prepare the Ground happens May 30 – June 1 at venues Trinity St. Pauls, Lee’s Palace, 918 Bathurst, and The Cave. They’ve just announced the initial lineup which includes Alaskan, The Atlas Moth, Falls of Rauros, Have A Nice Life, Khanate, Kowloon Walled City, Kylesa, Midwife, Pygmy Lush, The Rita, Steve Von Till, YOB (Performing ATMA in full), and Young Widows. Tickets are on sale.
KNOCKED LOOSE / BASEMENT / HARMS WAY / PEST CONTROL
Knocked Loose have announced a Europe/UK leg of their You Won’t Go Before You’re Supposed To tour, and like all of their recent tours, it’s got great lineup: the back-in-action UK post-hardcore greats Basement, Chicago metalcore staples Harms Way, and rising UK crossover thrashers Pest Control.
MERCURY REV
Mercury Rev have announced 2025 North American tour dates in support of Born Horses, their first album in nine years. West Coast dates happen in February and March, while East Coast dates are in April.
GOGOL BORDELLO
Gogol Bordello have announced this year’s Northeast New Year’s Eve Run, as well as a few Scream of My Blood dates which include a screening of the documentary, a Q&A, and a live performance from Hutz and violinist Sergey Ryabtsev.
HOVVDY
Hovvdy released their new self-titled double album back in April via Arts & Crafts, and they’ve now announced a 2025 tour supporting it.
THE FEELIES
NJ indie legends The Feelies have announced a couple Northeast shows in the spring.
CREEPOID
Philly shoegazers Creepoid are reuniting after seven years for a hometown show in February.
TOPS
Montreal band TOPS start their fall tour on Wednesday (10/23) in Chicago, with dates in Detroit, Toronto, Montreal, NYC (Racket on 10/27 with Jahna Camille), L.A., San Francisco, and Mexico City.
REAL ESTATE / GRUMPY
Real Estate have spent much of this year on the road in support of their sixth album, Daniel, and they’ve just announced more dates happening in early 2025 with Grumpy opening.
