The Hold Steady will keep their “Massive Nights” tradition going this year; they’ve announced the 2024 edition, which happens on Wednesday, December 4 – Saturday, December 7. The series, which they’ve been throwing since 2016, features “different special guests supporting each night, exclusive merch, and many more surprises.” “Massive Nights is the biggest and best part of the Hold Steady calendar,” Craig Finn says. “It brings people from around the globe to celebrate the community around THS, which is the most remarkable part of our 21 years as a band. Each year seems to top the last, and we are highly anticipating this year’s installment, the ninth overall.”
Tickets go on sale Friday, August 16 at 10 AM ET, with various presales starting Tuesday, August 13 at 12 PM ET.
The band have “Constructive Summer” shows coming up in Denver and Atlanta, and they’ll also perform at Jesse Malin’s return to the stage at Beacon Theatre. Craig has solo shows in the fall, including an NYC date at Le Poisson Rouge on November 9. See all dates below.
