Ted Leo and the Pharmacists just began their tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of their classic fourth album Shake The Sheets at Asbury Park, NJ’s The Stone Pony on Wednesday night (6/19). They played the album from beginning to end, followed by a set of songs from throughout their discography, and ended the show by bringing out Ekko Astral, who is opening this leg of the tour, to join them on a cover of Adam and the Ants’ “Dog Eat Dog.” See Wednesday night’s setlist below.
After a few more East Coast shows, they’ll head to Brooklyn for a show this Sunday (6/23) at Warsaw. It’s sold out, but they’ve now added another NYC-area show in the fall, at Jersey City’s White Eagle Hall on November 13. Tickets are on sale now, and you can see updated dates below.
