Stevie Wonder has announced a fall tour in the run-up to the 2024 presidential election. The outing is called “Sing Your Song! As We Fix Our Nation’s Broken Heart,” and it begins on October 8 in Pittsburgh, running through October 30 in Grand Rapids, MI, and making 8 more stops, including NYC, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Detroit, Minneapolis, Atlanta, and more. The NYC show is at Madison Square Garden on October 10. Tickets to that and all dates go on sale Friday, September 20 at 12 PM local time.
Wonder echoed a similar sentiment with the new single, “Can We Fix Our Nation’s Broken Heart?,” he released in August, not long after speaking and performing “Higher Ground” at the third night of the Democratic National Convention. “This is a moment to tell your children where you were and what you did,” he said. “When we stand between history’s pain and tomorrows promises we must choose courage, not complacency.”
