Singapore’s Subsonic Eye are gearing up to release a new album, All Around You, on September 13 via Topshelf Records (pre-order). It’s their fourth full-length, and second release for Topshelf, following 2022’s Melt The Wax EP. Two songs are out now, “Yearning” and the just-released “J-O-B,” and they’re both very catchy and very promising tastes of this LP. They’re a little shoegaze, a little emo, a little dream pop–the band just call themselves “guitar music,” and that works too. Listen below.
Subsonic Eye are also gearing up for a short fall US tour, including Brooklyn’s Baby’s All Right on October 22 with Pet Fox. All dates are listed below.
