The 2025 edition of the Pop Montreal festival happens September 23-28 at venues all over the city. They’ve just announced the initial lineup, which includes U.S. Girls, Lankum (their first Montreal show), Circuit des Yeux, No Joy, Hand Habits, múm, Zola Jesus, Bolis Pupul, Myriam Gendron, Annie-Claude Deschênes, TEKE::TEKE, Joseph Shabason, Chanel Beads, Common Holly, La Force, and more.
The festival is a great way to both see established artists and discover new ones, and late September is also a great time to be in Montreal. It’s a fun, inclusive festival that also includes panel discussions, film screenings, art exhibits, and more.
