Orange County emo/post-hardcore band Movements always put together really good packages for their tours, and here’s another. They’ll hit the road in March/April 2025 with support from the ever-shapeshifting Citizen, rising hardcore/post-hardcore band Scowl, and rising heavy shoegazers Downward. Tickets for that seriously good quadruple bill go on sale Friday, November 15 at 10 AM local, with an artist presale starting today (11/12) at 1 PM local.
The tour begins in Arizona on March 1 and wraps up in LA on April 7. There’s a NYC show at Brooklyn Paramount on March 14, plus stops in Boston, Dallas, Austin, Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco, and tons of other cities. All dates are listed below.
Movements released their third album, Ruckus!, last year, and we have an exclusive 10″ baby blue vinyl variant of their debut EP, the Will Yip-produced Outgrown Things, in the BV shop.
Citizen released the fantastic Calling The Dogs, one of our top albums of 2023, last year, and Scowl recently signed to Dead Oceans with a new single, “Special,” which you can hear below. Downward’s latest release is a split with Trauma Ray from 2023, and you can hear that below too.
