Guided by Voices were not going to let King Gizzard, bar italia, The National and others out-prolific them in 2023. They’ve just announced Nowhere to Go But Up, their third album of the year (and 39th overall), which will be out November 24 via GBV Inc. Check out the artwork and tracklist below.

A month before the new GBV drops, Robert Pollard is also releasing the new album from one of his many other groups, Circus Devils, which is their first in six years.
GBV recently held their 40th anniversary weekend in Dayton, and played Jersey City last weekend. Their only upcoming dates right now are Atlanta’s Terminal West on 10/27 and Asheville’s The Grey Eagle on 10/28.
