Friko‘s second album, Something Worth Waiting For, arrives in April, and they’ve given us another preview with “Still Around,” an urgent, impassioned indie rock track. Hear it below.
Friko have a few shows lined up next month around their album release, including a free NYC date on April 18 at Rockefeller Plaza as part of Rough Trade’s Indieplaza fest, and they’ve announced a fall headlining tour, beginning on September 8 in St. Louis and wrapping up on October 31 in Columbus. The tour includes a new NYC show at Music Hall of Williamsburg on October 23. Tickets to that and all dates go on sale Friday, April 3 at 10 AM local.
