Shoegaze greats Drop Nineteens made a masterful return last year with the great Hard Light, their first new album since the ’90s, and this year they gave their 1992 debut album Delaware a long-overdue reissue. They haven’t done much in the way of touring, though, having only played six shows since getting back together (they were very good at their Brooklyn show in April). They’ll remedy that, a little, on a short fall tour leading up to their appearance at Levitation 2024.
The tour starts in NYC at Brooklyn Made on October 19 and from stops in Northampton, Montreal, Toronto, Chicago, and Dallas before hitting Austin for Levitation. All dates are listed below.
