Big Thief‘s Adrianne Lenker is preparing to release a new solo album in 2024, and ahead of that she’s shared a gorgeous new single, “Ruined,” a stirring, emotional piano ballad. “This song has been a quiet beacon for me,” she says. “It may contain the essence of the gift of romantic love but it’s mostly about something much bigger.” It’s accompanied by a video directed by her brother, Noah Lenker, and you can watch that below.
Adrianne has also announced new 2024 tour dates in Europe and the UK with Ellie O’Neill, Nick Hakim, and Twain each joining her on select shows. They follow her appearance at Knoxville, TN’s Big Ears in March, and you can see all dates below.
