Solid Sound 2026 day 3 pics & video: Jeff Tweedy & friends, Hannah Coh

Jeff Tweedy closed out the 2026 edition of Wilco‘s Solid Sound festival at MASS MoCA on Sunday (6/28) with a set that had some extra guests joining him and the band he’s had backing him for much of his tour for last year’s great Twilight Override — his sons Spencer and Sammy Tweedy, Liam Kazar, and Macie Stewart and Sima Cunningham of Finom. Sammy took on lead vocals for a cover of Pops Staples’ “Friendship,” and Jeff dedicated a cover of Donna Summer’s “Hot Stuff” to his wife Susie Tweedy, with Wilco’s Nels Cline joining him on guitar and Sylvan Esso’s Amelia Meath, Hannah Cohen, Macie, and Sima singing the verses. Then the rest of Wilco took the stage to join in on covers of John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads” and Bob Dylan’s “You Ain’t Going Nowhere.” Watch attendee-taken video below. Sunday at Solid Sound 2026 also featured Nels Cline Consentrik Quartet, Hannah Cohen, John Stirratt and Pat Sansone’s band The Autumn Defense, Rich(ard) Dawson (Jeff Tweedy could be seen side stage, smiling as he watched), Sam & Louise Sullivan, Mikael Jorgensen’s side project Expandards, and pop-up performances from Elizabeth Moen, Sammy Tweedy, and Hannah Cohen.
