Grizzly Bear begin first tour since 2019 with 5 NYC shows (pics, video, setlists)

Grizzly Bear are officially out of hibernation and on their first tour since 2019, which began with five NYC shows at Brooklyn Steel. Each night got a subtly switched up setlist, although most nights favored material from 2009’s Veckatimest, and starting on night three, Grizzly Bear’s old friend and collaborator Victoria Legrand of Beach House joined them for part of the set each night. She’ll be with them for the remaining headlining shows this run, too.

We went to night five on Saturday (10/18), which had support from Chanel Beads, and you can see pictures from that by Ellen Qbertplaya below, along with the setlist and attendee-taken video from all the shows so far.
