After kicking off on Saturday, the inaugural edition of Evanston Folk Festival continued on Sunday (9/8) at Evanston, IL’s Dawes Park, by the shores of Lake Michigan. Patty Griffin headlined Sunday, which also featured performances from Bonnie “Prince” Billy,” Sarah Jarosz, Yasmin Williams, Madi Diaz, Don Flemons, Jon Muq, Minor Moon & V.V. Lightbody, Adeem the Artist, Sones de México Ensemble, Free Range, Tré Burt, and more. Wilco‘s Jeff Tweedy was also on hand (among others) to give a talk with WBEZ.
