Emo vets The Get Up Kids have been reunited for a decade now, and though they’ve been pretty active on the road, they haven’t released new music since their (underrated) 2011 comeback album There Are Rules. We don’t know for sure, but that might be changing soon, as TGUK have been posting some cryptic Instagrams as well as a teaser video on Facebook, and these kinds of thing tend to mean new music. Watch the teaser video below and stay tuned for more.

In the time since There Are Rules, Get Up Kids co-frontman Matt Pryor released a few solo albums, and both Matt and the band’s other co-frontman, Jim Suptic, released an EP with their new band Radar State, which they formed with The Anniversary frontman Josh Berwanger.

The Get Up Kids’ only currently announced live date is day one of Long Island’s Great South Bay Music Festival with The Front Bottoms, Thrice, and more (tickets).
