TV On The Radio made a surprise return at a re-creation of Max Fish by Vans (watch)

Yesterday morning, TV On The Radio announced their first shows in over five years and an expanded 20th anniversary reissue of their 2004 debut album Desperate Youth, Bloodthirsty Babes, and later that night, they made a surprise return. The band, which currently includes Tunde Adebimpe, Kyp Malone and Jaleel Bunton (Dave Sitek is unfortunately sitting this run out), teamed up with Vans, who recreated the iconic L.E.S. bar Max Fish that closed during COVID (and that Jaleel used to work at) for the occasion, in conjunction with New York Fashion Week. The upcoming shows include four nights at NYC’s Webster Hall (November 25, 26, 29 & 30), three at LA’s El Rey Theatre (December 4, 5, & 7), and three at London’s Islington Assembly Hall (December 10, 11 & 12). Presale registration is open now.
