Having released her great debut LP, I’m Green, last year, Nashville singer/songwriter Mali Velasquez is on a headlining tour ahead of SXSW, Shaky Knees, and shows supporting A. Savage of Parquet Courts. She’ll be in NYC for a free show at Union Pool on Tuesday (2/13) with Rom Com, part of the venue’s Free Tuesdays winter concert series, and you can see all her upcoming dates, and stream I’m Green, below.

Sluice – Radical Gate
We just got to play TNK Fest with Sluice this month and it was such a life changing set. The first time I saw Sluice was a solo set that instantly converted me – both of those times were so beautiful with such living and droning movement. Justin’s songwriting is a force of nature.
Sinai Vessel – “Birthday”
I get the honor and privilege of hearing Caleb sing and play guitar in our band which still blows my mind everyday. A reflection of how careful and passionate he approaches music making.
Allegra Krieger – I Keep My Feet on the Fragile Plane
Everything from Allegra Krieger feels fresh and inviting. We get the honor of supporting Katy Kirby with Allegra Krieger at their show in Nashville in February and couldn’t feel more grateful to join such a bill! Every song from this record gives me goosebumps.
Loveblaster – “Without Work”
We got to play our show in Cudahy, WI with Loveblaster, who sang beautiful three-part harmonies and had a 3 piece drum kit. Their songs feel like extremely thoughtful confessionals that pack an extreme punch.
