Lauryn Hill & The Fugees‘ tour with YG Marley has been canceled, just three days before the first date (Friday, August 9 in Tampa). Variety reports that while no official announcement was made, ticket-holders received emails on Tuesday night saying shows had been canceled, and Ticketmaster had marked all North American dates as canceled.
Eighteen dates in total were canceled, including NYC area shows at Jones Beach on September 20 and PNC Bank Arts Center on September 21, which were the final two shows of the tour. The UK and EU dates, which are in October and November, are currently still on.
Lauryn Hill & The Fugees postponed some 2023 dates due to Hill’s vocal strain, and dates in 2022 were also canceled/postponed.
