Karen O and Danger Mouse released their collaborative album Lux Prima in 2019, and they’ve announced a reissue of it. It’s due out on September 20, and available for pre-order now; it comes with a 16-page booklet about the four-day “Encounter with Lux Prima” event that happened at Los Angeles’ Marciano Arts Foundation. They’ve also shared a new joint single, the hypnotic “Super Breath.” It was co-written by Karen O and Danger Mouse, produced by Danger Mouse, and features samples of Tom Northcott’s “Who Planted Thorns In Miss Alice’s Garden.” It will be out as a 7″ on 9/20, with their cover of Lou Reed’s “Perfect Day” on the b-side.
