Experimental Brooklyn band YHWH Nailgun have been grinding locally for a while and they’ve been recently been stirring up buzz on a national and international level as well (particularly after this year’s SXSW) and now they’ve just signed to boutique London label AD 93 and US label/distribution company Many Hats and released the new single “Penetrator.” It’s a noisy, eerie, polyrhythmic offering that kinda sounds like Akron/Family jamming with Show Me The Body in the midst of a bad acid trip. It’s cool stuff, and you can hear it below. They’ve confirmed that their debut album is coming next year, so stay tuned for that.
