The Hold Steady‘s Craig Finn has been on a solo tour this fall, and he stopped in NYC on Saturday night (11/9) for a show at Le Poisson Rouge. He told the crowd that he has a new album on the way in April and played some new songs from it, along with a selection of solo and The Hold Steady material. Fenne Lily opened the show, also with a solo set, and you can see pictures from the night by Emilio Herce below, along with an attenee-taken video.

Craig will be back in NYC with The Hold Steady in tow for their annual Massive Nights run, which happens on December 4-7 at Brooklyn Bowl. They’re also set to appear at one of Jesse Malin’s benefit shows at Beacon Theatre on December 2.
