The Dillinger Escape Plan‘s next reunion show with original vocalist Dimitri Minakakis, celebrating the 25th anniversary of Calculating Infinity, is in Philadelphia this week, on Saturday (11/23) at Franklin Music Hall, and the band have announced a surprise for ticketholders. They’ll be playing a second, more intimate show on Friday (11/22) at Flemington DIY in Flemington, NJ, their “favorite little DIY spot” there, with Stress Spells. To attend, you’ll need to show proof of purchase for the Philly show and bring 2 cans of food for their local soup kitchen.
“This is a floor show with limited space, so please arrive early,” they write. “Admission is first-come, first-served. Those who cannot fit inside are welcome to watch through the large windows surrounding the building.”
Those who attend the Flemington show will also get 10% off food and drinks and Ben Weinman’s coffee shop, Alkemy Coffee Co, which is “located just a few feet away” from Flemington DIY.
In addition to their Philly show, Dillinger Escape Plan will also play Welcome to Rockville and Milwaukee Metal Fest in 2025. See all dates below.
