German thrash legends Sodom recently played a rare US show at Hell’s Heroes fest in Texas, and now they’ve got more coming up, including their first NYC show in 18 years. Presented by Maryland Deathfest, the show goes down on October 9 at Brooklyn Monarch with NJ thrash vets Whiplash, California thrash vets Hirax, and newer NYC band Stress Angel. Tickets are on sale now.
That’s one of five upcoming US appearances for Sodom, including Maryland Deathfest, MDF pre-fest, California Deathfest, and an MDF-presented Chicago show with Swedish death metal vets Dismember.
Dismember also play their own rare MDF-presented show at Brooklyn Monarch on August 17. That’s with Vomitory, Undergang, and Morpheus Descends.
