NJ deathcore greats Fit for an Autopsy have announced a new album, The Nothing That Is. It’s their seventh LP, and it’s due out on October 25 via Nuclear Blast. It was produced by guitarist Will Putney at his Graphic Nature Audio studio, and the band say, “The Nothing That Is is a full realization of our identity and intention. Every song on this record serves a purpose, and it feels like our most dynamic and powerful album to date. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.” They’ll be releasing the lead single, “Hostage,” this Friday, and you can see the cover art and tracklist below.
Fit for an Autopsy will support the new album on a big US tour with four other bands including Bodysnatcher who also shared a new song, “Infested,” from their upcoming Vile Conduct EP (due September 3 via MNRK Heavy), and you can check out the video for that below too.
The other bands on the tour are Distant, Sylosis, and one of our favorite TX hardcore/metalcore bands Judiciary. Shows run from October 18 in Worcester, MA through November 17 in New Haven, CT, and you can get tickets for all dates on BrooklynVegan Presale starting Wednesday, July 24 at 2 PM ET.
