Winnipeg melodic hardcore vets Comeback Kid have announced a new EP, Trouble, due March 15 via their new label home, SharpTone Records (pre-order). The four-song EP was produced and recorded by the band and John Paul Peters, and mixed and mastered by Will Putney. First single “Trouble In The Winner’s Circle” finds Comeback Kid waving the radio-rock flag on the song’s anthemic chorus.
“‘Trouble In The Winner’s Circle’ is about public meltdowns,” vocalist Andrew Neufeld says. “Having the world crashing down on you on display for the masses to see like peering into a fishbowl.
