Longtime collaborators, friends, and tourmates Earl Sweatshirt, MIKE, and evilgiane-led collective Surf Gang have announced a collaborative double LP, POMPEII // UTILITY, due out on April 3 via 10k/Tan Cressida/SURF GANG Records. Surf Gang produced it, and you can see the cover art and tracklist below.
They’ve shared a double single to preview the project, the MIKE-featuring “Minty,” produced by evilgiane and Pentagrvm, and the Earl-featuring “Earth,” produced by Harrison. Watch the video, shot by Ian Lopez and Richard Phillip Smith, below.
Earl, MIKE, and Surf Gang will go on tour together too. Their “Home on the Range” tour includes a show in Mexico City in April, followed by US dates in June and July, and Europe in August and September. See all dates below.
The NYC show is at Brooklyn Paramount on July 8. Tickets to that and all dates go on sale Friday, March 13 at 10 AM local time, with an artist presale starting Wednesday, March 11 at 10 AM local time.
