Queens art space Knockdown Center has announced the fall edition of their Outline series, happening in just over a month, on Saturday, September 21. Yaeji will do a DJ set and “immersive a/v show” to headline, and the stacked lineup also features Peruvian, Berlin-based DJ and producer Sofia Kourtesis; Columbian multi-instrumentalist and producer Ela Minus; Baltimore artist Nourished by Time; and French electronic/ambient musician Malibu. Yaeji released her proper full-length debut album, With A Hammer, last year (it’s one of our top albums of 2023) and she recently shared a video of her Boiler Room set at Brooklyn Mirage. Watch that below.
Sofia Kourtesis also released her great debut album last year, Madres, and Nourished by Time released a new EP for XL, Catching Chickens, back in March. Ela Minus’ most recent release is her fantastic June single “COMBAT.”
