Win Win‘s new album, Primaries, is out next week via Arts and Crafts. As mentioned, the band have left their dancepop beginnings for a more textured, organic sound that’s much harder to define. There’s still an emphasis on rhythm and melody, but this is much weirder, trippier and more interesting. Hear it for yourself: a stream of the whole album premieres below.
The band will celebrate Primaries with a release show at Brooklyn’s Rough Trade on June 30. Cookies and DD Elle are also on the bill and tickets are on sale. Flyer for the show is below.
