Wilco dropped a new album called Star Wars out of nowhere on us Thursday evening (7/16), then they played it in full (followed by hits) the next night at Pitchfork Festival. Check out more pictures like the one above, and their setlist, here.
Now they announced another tour for September, with support from William Tyler. It doesn’t hit NYC, but does hit New York State for an Ithaca show. They’ll be close to NYC before that tour though, when they play Bridgeport, CT’s Gathering of the Vibes festival (7/30-8/2) with Weezer, Gregg Allman, Sharon Jones, The Gaslight Anthem, New Riders of the Purple Sage and more (tickets).
