Beach Fossils have shared the video for “Sugar,” one of the standout cuts from their terrific third album, Somersault. The song’s perfect for the dog days of summer, with a charmingly lazy vibe, washes of mellotron strings and groovy bassline, and the video, directed by Justin Carlson, fits it perfectly with slo-mo shots of skateboarding and hanging out in Brooklyn. The band’s tour kicks off next month in Los Angeles and will hit NYC in the fall at Brooklyn Steel on October 28 (tickets). Updated dates are listed below.
