Ty Segall’s Manipulator made a lot of Best of 2014 lists (including my own) and his next release is slated for next week: a double 7″ EP titled Mr. Face that is being touted as the world’s first playable pair of 3-D glasses. The artist demonstrates above but you can also view the 3-D cover art via a pair of included cardboard glasses if you don’t want to get fingerprints all over your limited-edition vinyl. The record is available for pre-order now via Famous Class and you can stream the EP’s title track below.
Ty was last in NYC back in November to say goodbye to Death by Audio. He’s got a few West Coast dates coming up and those are listed, along with the song stream and EP cover art, below…
