OASIS
It seemed like it would never happen, but perpetually feuding brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher have put aside their differences and are reforming Oasis for UK shows in 2025, and hopefully other areas of the world, too.
MONTCLAIR JAZZ FESTIVAL DOWNTOWN JAMBOREE
NJ’s Montclair Jazz Festival Downtown Jamboree happens September 14, and the lineup includes headliner Kenny Garrett along with Lisa Fischer & Grand Baton, Christian McBride & Inside Straight, Steve Turre Sextet, and Jerome Jennings & ill Philosophy. The fest runs on two stages in downtown Montclair and runs 12-10 PM.

Jack White’s spontaneous No Name tour will continue this weekend with three shows in the Midwest.
MAYHEM
Norwegian black metal icons Mayhem will bring their 40th anniversary tour to the US and Canada in November.
GLOBAL CITIZEN FEST ADDITIONS (RAYE, BENSON BOONE)
The 2024 edition of Global Citizen happens Saturday, September 28 at Central Park’s Great Lawn, and they’ve just added two more performers: UK singer RAYE and US artist Benson Boone. They join previously announced artists Post Malone, Doja Cat, Jelly Roll, and Rauw Alejandro.
NEVA DINOVA
Omaha band Neva Dinova, who will release their first new album in 16 years, Canary, on September 27, have announced a couple of live shows as well: a hometown show at Slowdown on September 13, and Brooklyn’s Baby’s All Right on September 17.
MOON CRUSH “PINK MOON” CONCERT VACATION (WILCO, WAXAHATCHEE, MORE)
The fifth edition Moon Crush “Pink Moon”, a three-day “Music Vacation” in Miramar Beach, FL, happens April 25-27, 2025 and features performances from Wilco, Waxahatchee, Mt. Joy, O.A.R., Guster, The Heavy Heavy, JJ Grey & Mofro and more. Tickets and travel packages are on presale now, and Moon Crush is also hosting weekends of shows curated by Melissa Etheridge and Lyle Lovett.
WILLIAM BASINSKI
The Disintegration Loops composer William Basinski will be on the Arcadia Archives tour this fall and has added a few more dates.
GREET DEATH
Michigan shoegazers Greet Death have spent a lot of 2024 on tour and they’re not slowing down, having just announced fall dates with Low Animal and Clearbody.
ANTHONY RANERI (BAYSIDE)
Anthony Raneri of Bayside is releasing an alt-country EP, Everyday Royalty, in November, and he’s announced a tour for it where he’ll be out with Nate Bergman and Brother Bird.
DERYCK WHIBLEY (SUM 41)
Sum 41’s Deryck Whibley is not joining Linkin Park (or Oasis), but does has a book tour.
