THE FIERY FURNACES
Late-’00s Brooklyn scene fans are having a good day. First Grizzy Bear and now Fiery Furnaces. Having released their first new single in 10 years shows back in 2020, the sibling duo have now announced their first live shows in a few years. So far it’s all in Europe, including festival appearances at Le Guess Who? and Pitchfork London.

As mentioned above, Grizzly Bear have announced their first shows in six years.
DRY CLEANING
UK band Dry Cleaning have announced a few US shows this fall, including a couple opening for Godspeed You! Black Emperor.
MODEST MOUSE / BUILT TO SPILL
It’s a double bill tour made in Pacific Northwest indie rock heaven.
AMINÉ
Aminé will support new album 13 Months of Sunshine with the Tour de Dance this fall where he’ll be joined by Lido and Sango, depending on the date. The tour includes a stop at NYC’s SummerStage in Central Park on October 5 with Sango.
GORILLAZ
Gorillaz have made their summer plans with the The House of Kong exhibition in London, which will close out with four shows where they’ll play albums Gorillaz, Demon Days, and Plastic Beach in full, plus a “Mystery Show” as the fourth.
GRIMES CANCELS DC PRIDE SET DUE TO FAMILY ISSUES
Grimes was set to perform at DC Pride in June but she has now canceled that “in order to deal with family issues.” Her full statement:

RAVYN LENAE
Ravyn Lenae has announced a fall tour that includes stops in LA, Portand, Seattle, NYC (Brooklyn Paramount on 10/13), and DC before heading to Europe.
MAXWELL REPLACING D’ANGELO AT ROOTS PICNIC
D’Angelo has dropped off the 2025 Roots Picnic lineup but he’s been replaced by another soul heartthrob, Maxwell.
III POINTS
Miami’s III Points has added more artists to their 2025 lineup, including Amyl & The Sniffers, Magdalena Bay, Oklou, Fcukers, and more.
LOLLAPALOOZA AFTERSHOWS
Lollapalooza happens at the end of July in Chicago and the festival has announced a boatload of aftershows to keep the fun rolling long into the night.
CAMERON WINTER
Geese frontman Cameron Winter has been busy this year supporting his December solo album Heavy Metal, and he’s announced a few new US shows to close out 2025.
WOODS / WHITE FENCE
Woods and White Fence are teaming up for a short, rare East Coast tour after their appearances at Woodsist Fest.
GOAT GIRL / MARIA BC
UK band Goat Girl have announced their first US tour since releasing their debut album in 2018 and they’ll be out with Maria BC which makes for a terrific double bill. Stops include LA, San Francisco, Portland, Minneapolis, Montreal, Boston, Brooklyn (Baby’s All Right on September 13) and more.
YUSUF / CAT STEVENS
Folk icon Yusuf / Cat Stevens now has two NYC shows on his tour supporting his new memoir, happening October 11 & 12 at Beacon Theatre.
