Beck has a handful of dates coming up, including San Diego’s Wonderfront Fest in May, a show at the Hollywood Bowl followed by one at Berkeley’s Greek Theatre with the Berkeley Symphony, one at TD Pavilion at the Mann in Philly, the just-announced South Star fest in Alabama, and more. ScHoolboy Q will be on the road in July and August supporting his new album Blue Lips.
THE DRESDEN DOLLS
The Dresden Dolls have added two Woodstock shows to their tour, happening October 26 and October 27 at Bearsville Theater. Those are their only fall dates so far, and they also have June shows in Philly and DC. All dates are here.
TRUTH CULT
Baltimore post-hardcore band Truth Cult are calling it quits after nearly six years and two albums, but not before a few farewell shows.
MASERATI / UNWED SAILOR
Athens, GA post-rock vets Maserati have announced Midwest and East Coast dates this summer that have them out with Unwed Sailor. Stops include NYC’s TV Eye on July 30.
KITTIE
After reuniting for their first shows in five years in 2022, alt/nu metal vets Kittie released their first new song in 13 years, “Eyes Wide Open,” in February, and as they prepare for some festival dates this summer, they’ve announced some headlining shows.
KID CUDI
After breaking his heel at Coachella, Kid Cudi has canceled his upcoming tour. “The injury is much more serious than I thought,” he writes.
III POINTS 2024
Miami’s III Points Festival returns for its 11th edition at the Mana Wynwood Center on October 18-19. They’ve announced the phase one lineup, which features Arca, Jamie xx, Justice, and more.
KIASMOS (ÓLAFUR ARNALDS & JANUS RASMUSSEN)
Kiasmos, the duo of Icelandic composer Ólafur Arnalds and Faroese musician Janus Rasmussen, have announced their second album, which is their first in a decade, as well as North American dates.
HOWARD JONES / ABC / HAIRCUT 100
Howard Jones and ABC have toured the US a few times in recent years, but it will be the first time Haircut 100 have visited since 1982.
BUBBLE
Dave Foster’s long-running band Bubble turn 30 this year, and to celebrate they’re playing a special anniversary show at NYC’s Mercury Lounge on April 30 with Tom Clark & The High Action Boys. “It’s almost 30 years to the day, to play old songs, new songs and make new musical magic with Tommy and Russ, as well as Rembert, Mike and Charly,” says Foster. “I hope we can keep doing this for as many more decades as possible. We’ll see how far this musical Time Machine will take us!”
LOS BITCHOS
London-based band Los Bitchos’ North American tour kicks off September 23 in Philadelphia.
WOODSIST FEST 2024
Woodsist Fest 2024 happens September 21-22 in Accord, NY and the lineup includes Yo La Tengo, Real Estage, Jessica Pratt and more.
YO LA TENGO
In addition to playing Woodsist Fest, Yo La Tengo have added a couple Jersey City shows to their schedule.
BEINGS
Beings is a new supergroup made up of Zoh Amba (saxophone, guitar, vocals), Steve Gunn (guitars), Shahzad Ismaily (bass, synth) and Jim White (drums). Their debut album is out in June and they’ll tour in July.
THE SUICIDE MACHINES
Detroit ska-punk veterans The Suicide Machines have announced a September US tour with Japanese ska-punks HEY-SMITH, for whom this is a pretty rare US run, and more.
STOREFRONT CHURCH
Lukas Frank has announced a new album as Storefront Church, Ink & Oil, due out on June 28. There’s also an LA release show.
