Skating legends Tony Hawk and Rodney Mullen are teaming up for a few special events around the country they’re calling “Darkslides & Secret Tapes.” Tony says they will “discuss our lives, careers and how we helped each other find our metaphorical ‘secret tapes’ in life.”
Currently there are two events scheduled: NYC on April 4 at Beacon Theatre and Austin on April 7 at ACL Live. Tickets for those shows go on sale Friday, February 2 at 10 AM local time.
In a short announcement video (watch below), Tony calls “Darkslides & Secret Tapes” a “tour,” so maybe there will be more of these events. Stay tuned.
