The Sisters of Mercy are set to return to North America later this month on tour with AFI offshoot Blaqk Audio. Dates begin at Detroit’s The Fillmore on September 14, but there have been a few changes on the run. The NYC show, originally scheduled for Radio City Music Hall, will now happen on September 20 at Brooklyn Paramount. Radio City tickets will not be honored at the new venue — refunds are available at point of purchase — and tickets for Brooklyn Paramount are on sale now.
Also moving are the Baltimore show, originally scheduled for The Lyric Theater, now happening at Baltimore Soundstage on September 17; and the San Francisco shows, originally scheduled for The Masonic, now happen at The Fillmore on October 8 and October 9. See updated dates below.
The Sisters of Mercy’s 2023 North American tour was their first outing in the US and Canada in 14 years, and the band’s current lineup is founder Andrew Eldritch (vocals), longtime member Ben Christo (guitarist, backing vocals, bass), Chris Catalyst (drum machine Doktor Avalanche operator), and new guitarist Kai (also of British-Japanese group Esprit D’Air).
