The Lemon Twigs have shared another power-pop nugget off their upcoming album A Dream Is All We Know. It’s the almost title track, “A Dream is All I Know.” Says Brian D’Addario, “This song is about impermanence and the dreamlike nature of our day to day lives. It was written when I was feeling a strong sense of unreality in my kitchen. Unfortunately, ‘Unreality In My Kitchen’ didn’t have much of a ring to it so we had to go with ‘A Dream Is All I Know’ as the title.” You can watch the video for it below.
A Dream is All We Know is out May 3 via Captured Tracks, and The Lemon Twigs have also announced a few spring tour dates including three NYC-area album release shows: NYC’s TV Eye on April 25 and May 2, and then Jersey City’s White Eagle Hall on May 4.
