The American Analog Set have been back in action for a while, releasing their first album in 18 years, For Forever, back in 2023 and playing a few shows, mostly in Texas. They’ll be making their way to the East Coast this summer for the first time in 20 years, and they’ve now added more shows this fall.
The East Coast run kicks off with three sold-out shows opening for Death Cab for Cutie at Brooklyn Paramount on August 8, 10 and 12, but the headline dates will be “magic hour” shows where AmAnSet perform “a curated 90 minute set of songs from their first six albums — The Fun Of Watching Fireworks, From Our Living Room To Yours, The Golden Band, Know By Heart, Promise Of Love, and Set Free.”
New dates include DC, Philly and Brooklyn’s Pioneer Works on November 20. Tickets for those shows go on sale Friday, July 18 at 10 AM.
AmAnSet also play Woodstock’s Bearsville Theater on August 9. All dates are listed below.
