BBC Radio 1 DJ Daniel P Carter, who has played in Hexes, Krokodil, Bloodhound Gang, A, and more, has a new project with Soren Bryce of London band tummyache. Reclus.É have released their debut single “A Muted TV,” which shifts between Bryce’s shouted and clean-sung vocals over brooding alt-rock, via Rise/BMG. Carter and Bryce produced it with Peter Miles, and you can hear it, along with their cover of Portishead’s “Roads,” below.
Reclus.É are on the lineup for 2000trees in July, and they’ll also support A Perfect Circle on the first two dates of their European tour. Those are their only upcoming shows at the moment; stay tuned for more.
