In addition to their upcoming summer tour, Phish will be throwing their 11th festival this year. This new fest is called Curveball, and it takes place August 17-19 in Watkins Glen, NY, making this the third time Phish have thrown a fest there (the same village of 1973’s Summer Jam with major Phish influences The Allman Brothers Band, the Grateful Dead, and The Band). A press release notes, “Curveball will see Phish offering a series of unique live performances, alongside an array of activities, attractions and art installations.” Tickets go on sale Friday (3/2) at noon Eastern.
