Patti Smith will again celebrate her birthday with an NYC show. She’ll turn 77 on December 30, and she and her band will play Brooklyn Steel to mark the occasion. You can get tickets early on BrooklynVegan Presale with the password BOWERYVEGAN starting Thursday, September 21 at 10 AM ET. Our presale runs until 10 PM on Thursday night, and if you miss out, tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, September 22 at 10 AM.
Patti will also perform at Princeton, NJ’s McCarter Theatre on September 23, and she has European shows lined up in October. See all of her upcoming dates below.
Patti opened for The National at Madison Square Garden in August, and she also just played their Homecoming Festival, where she joined them onstage for “I Need My Girl” on Friday. Watch video of that below.
