The 2017 edition of the Max Kansas City Festival happens at NYC’s Bowery Electric from May 25 – 27 over Memorial Day Weekend. It’s a celebration of the iconic ’70s punk venue that ran wild from 1965 to 1981, and this year’s fest features such acts as Waldos, Sic F*cks, Reagan Youth, The Brats, Nihilistics, New York Junk and lots more.
