Lee Ranaldo has shared a video for “New Thing,” one of the songs from his new album, Electric Trim, that features Sharon Van Etten. The video for the song was directed by onetime Galaxie 500 bassist Naomi Yang, and it humorously explores the song’s lyrical theme of everyone’s obsession with being online at all times. Electric Trim is out September 15 via Mute. Lee will be on tour this fall, including a Brooklyn show at The Bell House on November 9. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday, July 21 at 10 AM.
