Asheville, NC emo band Kerosene Heights‘ debut LP on No Sleep Southeast of Somewhere is one of this year’s best upstart DIY emo albums, and they’re keeping the momentum going with a new video for “Same Shed of Red.” It’s a performance video, but it’s also a seance video. The band explains: “Everything in this video is real and truly happened. We completely botched a seance and could have been rich and famous, but now instead we’ll each spend an eternity in hell.”

Kerosene Heights also have a lengthy tour coming up in August through early September, including dates with Elephant Jake, Smoke Detector, Stress Fractures, Clementine, Drunk Uncle, and Tourneforte.
The tour begins in Boston and then hits Ridgewood, NY’s Bar Freda on August 13 with Elephant Jake. All dates are listed on the tour poster below.
