Jaun Wauters will release a new EP with longtime collaborator Carmelle Safdie, titled Wearing Leather, Wearing Fur, which is out January 20 on Captured Tracks. The one-sided 12″ features one 13-minute track that mixes song, poetry and instrumental passages. If you’ve seen him live over the last two years or so, this has been a staple of his shows and you can stream it in full at Captured Tracks’ Soundcloud page.
Juan will be on a solo tour next month, and while there’s no NYC proper show, the tour starts with a show at Westchester’s Sarah Lawrence College on February 13. All tour dates are listed below.
