Hayley Williams is nearing the end of her current solo tour, which has her performing songs off Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party (one of our favorite albums of last year), and her plans for what’s next are already in motion. Over the last few days, she’s announced fall shows in Brazil (November 12 at Espaco Unimed) and Los Angeles (October 5 at Hollywood Bowl). A press release describes them as a “new era,” “The Hayley Williams Show,” that will feature “material across all three of the singer’s solo albums as well as some exciting surprises.” In addition to the two officially announced dates, she’s also a teasing a third, in NYC. The Instagram account for Forest Hills Stadium posted a photo of the venue’s marquee with the lyrics “are you gonna stay the night?” (from “Stay the Night,” the 2012 Zedd song she features on) and the date September 16. Details about tickets haven’t been revealed yet but seem very likely to be coming soon; stay tuned. UPDATE: It’s announced!
Hayley also just wrapped up a three night run at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, and like she’s done at shows throughout this tour, she had some special guests on hand. She brought out Noah Kahan on Tuesday (4/28), joining him on “Downfall” from his new album The Great Divide, and during the encore, she brought out her Power Snatch bandmate Daniel James for the project’s live debut, “DMs” off their debut EP.
