Swedish group Goat have announced their self-titled sixth album, which will be out October 11 via Rocket Recordings. After the six-year break between 2016’s Requiem and 2022’s Oh Death, the band have been on a hot streak and this is the third album in as many years for them.
This one might be a real party, too. The band have shared an edit of closing track: “Ouroboros,” named for the famous image of a serpent eating its own tail, mixes ’60s cinematic funkiness with ’90s hip hop culture and filters it though Goat’s masked, globe-trotting worldview.
