Geometers releasing J Robbins-produced debut LP (stream a track)

Brooklyn punks Geometers are a fairly new, small band, but they’ve already hooked up with some punk legends. Their upcoming debut album, Pay To Live, was produced by Jawbox frontman J. Robbins and their bassist/guitarist/vocalist Sam Wadsworth did some recording with Dischord supergroup Red Hare (Swiz, Dag Nasty) earlier this year. The album drops December 2 via Jetsam-Flotsam and Codependent Records (pre-order), and we’re premiering its track “L’appel du Vide.” The song kinda reminds me of Title Fight, another new-school punk band who quickly won the approval of a legend (in their case it was Walter Schreifels).
